FAQ

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS ABOUT HOW A1 LIQUIDATOR OPERATES

WHERE DOES A1 LIQUIDATOR GET THEIR MERCHANDISE?

We get all our merchandise from Walmart, Sam's Club and Target.

DOES A1 LIQUIDATOR SELL NEW OR USED MERCHANDISE?

All of our merchandise is either brand new or customer returns. Once a box is damaged or torn major retail stores such as Walmart, Sam's Club, and Target remove those items from their shelves even though it's still brand new. They then sell those items to our company. We also are sent their overstock merchandise, which is brand new products that simply didn't sell in time or are left over from last season. Walmart, Sam's Club, and Target also send us all of their customer return products. Walmart, Sam's Club, and Target all have 30 day return policies, which means all merchandise we resell in our stores at most were used for 30 days. Bottom line is you save a tremendous amount of money compared to retail prices and purchase either a brand new product from our store or a very slightly used customer return product.

IS THE MERCHANDISE A1 LIQUIDATOR RECIEVES DAMAGED OR DEFECTED?

This is a common question we receive and also a common misconception about the liquidation industry. Walmart, Sam's Club, and Target send us all this merchandise and we are able to sell it so much cheaper, must be something wrong with it right? WRONG. Majority of the time nothing is wrong with the merchandise at all. In fact most of the time Walmart, Sam's Club, and Target simply don't have the warehouse space to hold onto all the damage box new, overstock new, and customer return merchandise. It would also cost them a fortune to pay for all that storage space, so they liquidate it to companies like ours. It all boils down to money and business sense. It makes more financial sense for Walmart, Sam's club, and Target to get rid of the merchandise as long as there is a buyer. A1 LIQUIDATOR is the buyer!
